Resident Survey 2026. Let’s Talk: Living in NPT

We are now over halfway through the survey period and have received more than 500 responses from residents across Neath Port Talbot. The survey remains open until 27 October 2026.

The survey asks residents about:

·        Their experience of living in their local area.

·        The priorities they believe the Council should focus on.

·        Their views on Council services.

·        How they interact and communicate with the Council.

This is the second year of the survey and the findings will play an important role in informing the Council’s annual business planning process.

The survey is available online, and paper copies can also be completed and returned via the feedback boxes located in all libraries and civic buildings.

Additional bilingual leaflets can be collected from Port Talbot Civic Centre, Neath Civic Centre, The Quays, or Pontardawe Arts Centre.
